1. Who operates Leo GSC

VRL Capture operates Leo GSC for authorised agency analysis of permitted client Google accounts. The public website explains the tool; it does not provide account login or display client reports.

2. Information accessed

With authorisation, Leo GSC accesses Google Ads account identifiers and configuration, campaigns, ads, keywords, search terms Google makes available, advertising performance, and conversion configuration and reporting. Where separately authorised, it can read Google Tag Manager container configuration to investigate conversion tracking.

Google authorisation is handled through Google's own consent process. This informational website does not ask for your Google password. OAuth grants used for API access are handled separately from account reports. Some account or search-term information may contain personal data; the tool's intended practice is to avoid unnecessary personal lead details.

3. How information is used

We use information from authorised accounts to prepare performance reports, assess search relevance, investigate conversion measurement and develop recommendations for human review. Keyword-research metrics are used when the required Google API access permits.

The current agent workflows are read-only. The agent is not authorised to change campaigns, budgets, bids, ads or conversion settings. Google's OAuth permission wording may be broader than the operations the agent is permitted to perform.

4. Storage and security

Account evidence, exports and reports are stored in the agent's workspace on an agency operator's computer. Saved Google Ads and Google Tag Manager authorisation is stored separately in the agent's profile. Chat and session records, logs and cache can also contain account information.

Access is intended for the owner, authorised VRL Capture operators and services used for the analysis. Local storage does not mean that backups, synchronised copies or service-provider copies cannot exist.

5. AI services and other recipients

Leo GSC uses OpenAI through its agent's AI connection to assist with account analysis and report preparation. Relevant Google Ads information may be included in the analysis context sent to that service. OpenAI handles information it receives under the applicable service settings and retention practices. Other technical services used to run the agent or store its records may process information needed for those functions. The public Leo GSC website does not display client-account reports.

6. Retention and deletion

VRL Capture has not established a fixed automatic deletion schedule for saved authorisation, account exports, reports, chat and session records, or logs. These records may remain until they are reviewed and removed. Backups and service providers may retain copies under their own arrangements.

Revoking Google authorisation stops further API access under that grant but does not automatically erase reports, account exports or conversation records already retained. Contact VRL Capture to ask about data it holds or to request deletion. A request may require an authority check and review of any obligations or copies that cannot immediately be removed.

7. Revoking access and making requests

The Google account that granted authorisation can revoke Leo GSC's access in its Google Account connections and permissions. Some clients authorise agency access through Google Ads account permissions rather than their own OAuth grant. Clients can contact VRL Capture to request that the agency stop processing their account information or address data it holds. Revocation and deletion of retained copies are separate actions.

Send access or deletion requests to [email protected]. VRL Capture may ask for information needed to verify that a requester is authorised to act for the account before disclosing or removing account information.

8. This website

This informational page has no account login or contact form. The page code does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, chat widgets or session replay. The website is hosted through GoHighLevel, which may process request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site. Platform cookies, storage and request logs depend on the hosting configuration.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our handling of Google account information changes. Material changes in Google-data use will be disclosed, with updated consent where required. The date above will show when the published notice was last updated.
